At Autumn & Ivory, each pumpkin, mum, hay bale, and decor bundle is selected and sourced specifically for your order. Due to the seasonal and perishable nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or cancellations once your order has been placed.

We begin preparing and sourcing your items shortly after you place your order to ensure timely and quality delivery. This includes coordinating with local farms and vendors, which often requires advance notice and upfront costs.

That said, we understand that life happens.
If you experience extenuating circumstances β€” such as a delivery issue, event cancellation, or a problem with your items β€” please reach out. We are always happy to work with you on a refund or price adjustment when it’s reasonable to do so. We believe in being fair and thoughtful, just as we know our customers are too.
