Welcome to Autumn & Ivory! By placing an order through our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Order Placement & Fulfillment
All orders are custom-prepared using seasonal products including pumpkins, mums, hay bales, and other decor. Because these items are perishable and seasonally sourced:

Orders must be placed at least 7 in advance of your desired delivery date.

Orders are processed and product sourcing begins shortly after purchase.

Once placed, orders cannot be canceled or returned (see Section 5 for exceptions).
2. Delivery & Service Area
We currently deliver to customers in Upstate NY, including but not limited to theย Capital Region and surrounding towns. If your location falls outside of our standard delivery zone, please contact us before ordering to confirm availability and any additional delivery fees.
Customers are responsible for:

Providing accurate delivery information

Ensuring someone is available to receive the delivery if required

Notifying us of any access limitations or event setup details ahead of time
3. Weddings & Event Installations
For weddings and custom event setups:

A 50% deposit is due at booking

The remaining balance is due 7 prior to the event

Any major changes to design, timing, or product requests must be submitted at least 21 days in advance
We are happy to collaborate with you on design ideas, color schemes, and on-site logistics โ but final approvals must be made in a timely manner to ensure product availability.
4. Weather & Product Availability
We work with trusted local farms and vendors, but since our products are natural and weather-dependent:

Substitutions may be made if a specific item becomes unavailable.

We always strive to match your order with equal or higher value alternatives in line with your theme and color palette.
5. Refunds & Extenuating Circumstances
All sales are final and we do not offer returns. However, we understand that unexpected issues can arise.
If you experience an extenuating circumstance (such as a cancellation due to weather, damaged goods, or other unavoidable issues), please contact us directly at erica@autumnandivory.com.
We are committed to working with you on a fair refund or price adjustment, where appropriate. We simply ask for understanding, as we invest time and resources into sourcing your order well in advance.
6. Liability Disclaimer
Autumn & Ivory is not liable for:

Allergic reactions to plants or hay

Personal injury or property damage arising from decor installation or placement

Issues arising from misuse or mishandling of our products once delivered
Customers agree to handle items with care and follow any provided usage instructions.
